I am Alina, a Yoga Alliance qualified and fully insured yoga teacher passionate about making yoga accessible, fun, and inspiring for everyone. Originally from Moldova, I lived in London, UK, for 15 years before recently embarking on an exciting journey to Canada. My love for yoga has been my constant companion throughout this transition. After 15 years of practice, I vividly remember my first yoga class—a moment of pure serenity amid the chaos of my teenage years. From that very first practice, I knew I had discovered something extraordinary. Fast forward to 2019, when I completed my 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training in London and gained my certification.
I’m currently deepening my journey by pursuing my 300 HR Yoga Teacher Training at Power Yoga. My teaching style is deeply influenced by my personal experiences and travels, and I believe in making yoga inclusive for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility. I place a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection, breath awareness, and alignment, just as my own practice taught me. My goal is to create a nurturing and non-judgmental space where you can explore your practice, release tension, and connect with your true self.
