Embracing Your Awakening Vibes

Yoga, for me, has never been about chasing the “perfect pose.” It’s about tuning in, slowing down, and noticing how the practice feels in my own body and mind. Through my 200-hour teacher training, I’ve deepened my understanding of how breath, movement, and awareness come together to create balance—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.

When I guide a class, my focus is on helping people connect with themselves in a way that feels supportive and real. Whether it’s finding calm in a busy day, building strength with kindness, or simply learning to breathe with more ease, I believe yoga has something to offer everyone. My hope is that each practice becomes a safe space where students can let go of pressure and reconnect with their own sense of wholeness.

Private Yoga

I see one-to-one sessions as a truly special part of my work—being welcomed into someone’s space and trusted to guide them is never taken for granted. I collaborate closely with each student to create an experience that reflects their needs and goals, whether that’s gentle rehabilitation, stress release through mindfulness, building strength with yoga asana, or discovering calming rituals for the nervous system.

Kids Yoga

I love sharing yoga with children and creating a space where movement, breath, and imagination come together. My classes are playful yet calming, helping kids build confidence, improve focus, and discover simple tools to manage their emotions. Through fun poses, mindful games, and moments of quiet relaxation, I aim to nurture balance and joy that children can carry into their everyday lives..

Corporate Yoga

Bringing yoga into the workplace offers much more than just a break from the desk. It creates space for colleagues to connect as people, not just through work conversations. It’s an opportunity for your team to focus on their wellbeing, to reset mentally, and to develop simple tools for finding balance—both in the office and beyond.
